HOW TO FILL IN SHEET QUESTIONS OF GOOGLE SHEET RTA_INTRA_EXAMS

exam_lang |
define exam language. Allow for 2-digit ISO language codes like en for English and vi for Vietnamese. See here for more details. Please distinguish exam language with form language. Exam languages allow for any kind of languages depending on the exam creators but form language currently allows for only 2: en and vi. |
question_id |
differentiate questions. They have to be unique across the sheet(s) Questions-***. |
question_status |
default 1 = active. In case you want to make it inactive, mark 0. |
type |
exam creators have to select 1 type from the drop-down list. Currently it allows for 3 types: intro, question, answer. intro refers to the paragraph at the beginning of the exam to inform learners of the exam content, instructions of how to finish it,... |
question_type |
exam creators have to select 1 type from the drop-down list. Currently it allows for 2 types: select_one and select_multiple. |
choice_id |
differentiate answer options. They have to be unique within 1 question. They should be in numeric for easier calculation later. |
appearance |
exam creators have to select 1 type from the drop-down list. Currently allows for several types: normal, minimal, rating_box, boxtag, tagging, and star_rating. |
creator |
username of the question creator (for example rta_thiendao, rta_chunghoang,...). |
label |
the content of question or answer options. |
hint |
the hint or instruction to explain or clarify the question/answer options. |
answer_key |
choice_id of correct answer(s). In case of many correct answers, each choice_id has to be separated with each other by a space. |
correct_msg_vi |
message content of the popup dialog that will show up when learners select form language as Vietnamese and select correct answer(s) as defined in column answer_vi. |
incorrect_msg_vi |
message content of the popup dialog that will show up when learners select form language as Vietnamese and select incorrect answer(s) as defined in column answer_vi. |
